Judith Duval grew up in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and moved to the United States in junior high school. She attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and majored in Finance and Management with a minor in Latin American Studies. She worked in finance before attending Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. She joined Bain & Co. where she worked in the Private Equity Group. She then continued her strategy work at Sephora, in a Business Development and Strategy role. She is now working with a health and wellness startup focused on the Hispanic community and is a trained and certified Leadership coach.
